Modern Vintage Quilt Pattern - Layer Cake Friendly

This pattern uses a layer to create a scrappy balanced look.  The main
instructions are for a quilt top that measures a generous sized throw 65.5" by 74.5".  For this size it requires 1 layer cake, 2/3 yard for binding, 1 yard for the border, and 4 yards for backing, and batting of your choice approximately 72" x 80".
